2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the following:

  • Your full legal name, address, email, and phone number

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

  • Your electronic or physical signature

We may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days.


3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
